Obituary for Alice Marie Moore
Alice Marie Moore, age 83, passed away Monday June 15, 2020 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. She was born in Crab Orchard, Kentucky on October 17, 1936 to the late Oscar Isaac and Mary Anna Vanwinkle.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Moore; a daughter, Kathy Moore; a granddaughter, Maria Jo Dimmitt; a son-in-law, Marvin Strange and a sister, Ella B Moore.
Alice is survived by a daughter, Mary Strange; a son, William Moore Jr.; a special friend, Trenna Canter; five grandchildren, William J Moore, Franklin R (Crystal) Moore, Robert B (Savannah) Moore, Greg Strange and Marvin Strange Jr.; a grandson-in-law, Rob Dimmitt; twelve great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, June 20th at 1:00 PM at Ware Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Perry officiating with visitation beginning at 12:00 PM. Burial will be at Beaver Baptist Cemetery. View and sign the guestbook at www.warefuneralhome.com.
