Obituary for Anna Francis Wolfe (Edwards)
Anna Francis Edwards Wolfe, age 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday June 5, 2022, at her home. She was born in Harrison County, on June 12, 1931, to the late Luther and Mary Elizabeth Herron Edwards. She is also preceded in death by her husband William L. Wolfe Sr.; two brothers, Raymond Edwards, RD Edwards; two sisters, Onie Jenkins, Sylvia Jenkins.
She is survived by two sons, William L. (Nina) Wolfe Jr., Roger Matthews; three grandchildren, Megan (Ted) Kunkel, Ashley (Brian) Doolin, Amanda Matthews; four great grandchildren, Eloise Kunkel, Teddy Kunkel, Parker Doolin, Ronix Doolin; two step grandchildren, Brian (Elizabeth) Thompson, Christin Thompson; seven step great grandchildren, Will Beamon, Luke Thompson, Jude Thompson, TJ Beamon, Sean Beamon, Briley Thompson, Whitlee Thompson; and a special friend Bonnie Harney.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 1:00 PM, at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, at Ware Funeral Home. Brother Billy Hill will be officiating. Burial will be at Sadieville Cemetery next to her loving husband. Pallbearers are Brian Doolin, Mike Williams, Buck Fowler, Tim McMillian, John Arnold, and Jesse Swinford. Honorary pallbearers will be Ted Kunkel, Allen Moody “Doc” Swinford.
