AVIS MARIE JACOBS CONN, age 48, Mt. Olivet, died Friday, January 25, 2013 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born April 20, 1964 in Nicholas County to Eddie Jacobs of Robertson County and the late Margaret Workman Jacobs, she was a homemaker.

Besides her father, she is survived by her husband, Marvin D. Conn; a son, Robert (Laura Mitchell) Fite, Robertson County; a daughter, Brittany (Kody Ketterer) Fite, Robertson County; a step-son, Jason (Tara Henderson) Conn, Robertson County; a brother, Eddie Wayne (Cathy) Jacobs, Robertson County; two sisters, Carrie Ann (Billy) Highlander and Jessica Renee Jacobs, both of Robertson County; two grandchildren, Maggie Marie Maynard and Jasmine Marie Ketterer and three special pet dogs, Roxy, Oscar and Snowball.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Ron Spencer. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Robertson County Funeral Home towards funeral expenses.
