Betty Margaret Stevens McCauley, age 89, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022. She was born in Bourbon County on February 27, 1932. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frazier M. McCauley Jr.; a son, Gregory H. McCauley; and a grandson, Kevin D. McCauley. Also preceding her in death was two brothers, Tommy, and Wesley Stevens; and two sisters, Mattie Palmer and Ida Mae Fryman, and also a daughter-in-law, Alice Moore McCauley.
Betty was a farmer and loved farming.
She is survived by two sons, Steve (Sheila Wiley) McCauley and Larry (Cheryl Hughes) McCauley; and one daughter, Denise Parsons; and one daughter in law AMy Phillips McCauley. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Sharon (Kenny) Fuller, Kelly (Bobby) Tucker, Kristi (Travis) Persinger, Heather (Dennie) Russell, Phillip McCauley, and William (Emily) McCauley; and nine great-grandchildren, Trey (Trinity Hubbard) Russell, Jessica (Logan Nolan) Tucker, Courtney Russell, Emily Persinger, JD Tucker, Jase Persinger, and Morgan, Marley, Macy McCauley and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 25th at
