Billie Jean Moore, age 78, passed away April 3, 2021 at her residence. She was born to the late Rankin Roberts and Helen Whitehead. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by one son, Donald Moore; and three siblings, Wanda, Boodle, and Betty Lee.
She was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Jean (Shane) Moore; two sons, Mark (Lori) Lilley, Scott (Misty) Lilley; two sisters, Connie (Carl) Ward, Priscilla (Floyd) Garrison; and six grandchildren, Logan Duncan, Carson, Ben, Ashton, Peyton, and Easton Lilley.
