Billy Dean Helm, age 84, of Jamestown, KY passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2023. He was born in Jamestown, KY on August 16, 1938, to the late Ralph and Jessie Gaines Helm. Billy was also preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Alice Helm; and his son, Greg Helm.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Terry Jo Ellis; and two grandchildren, Patrick (Valaya) Ellis, Erica (Trey Mattingly) Ellis.
