Brenda Carol Castro Woosley, Cynthiana, died Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at her home. Born in Richmond, Virginia on January 21, 1948 to the late, Anthony Hector and Nina Mae Miller Castro, she was a member of Calvary Assembly of God, a hairdresser and 1968 Bourbon County High School graduate. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Elbert Eugene Biddle, Hobert Lenox Biddle, Jerry Wayne Castro; two sisters, Zelma Marie Ferguson and Betty Lou Smith and a son, Joseph Scott Whitaker Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Harvey Woosley; a son, Michael Wayne Mattox; three daughters, Nina Michelle (Greg) Lafluer, Shawnda Carol Hedges and Mariah Michaela (Bobby) Neal; a brother, Thomas Galen (Barbara) Biddle; a sister, Toni Evelyn Turner; five grandchildren, Nicholas Lafluer, Jacob Lafluer, Marissa Sosbe, Caitlyn Sosbe and Jordan Snowden and great grandchildren, Scarlett Neal.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday at Ware Funeral Home by Pastor Steve Perry with visitation at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Lenoxburg Cemetery, 795 Lenoxburg-Foster Rd, Foster, KY 41043. View and sign the guest book www.warefuneralhome.com
