Carolyn Mays Stith, age 76, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022, at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was born in Hamilton, OH on April 10, 1945, to the late Edd and Viola Parson Mays.
She was a retired nurse from The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.
She is survived by her husband of fifty years Delmar Stith; two sons, Tony Stith, David Stith; two brothers, Michael (Phillis) Mays, Ronald Mays; one sister, Linda Grimsley; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 22nd at 1:00 at Ware Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM. Brother Sammy Harris will be officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North. View and sign the guest book www.warefuneralhome.com.
