Cathy Lee Perkins, age 56, passed away Tuesday, July 6 at St. Joseph East Hospital. She was born in Lexington on March 8, 1965 to Carolyn Perkins and the late Bobby Perkins.
Besides her father, she is preceded in death by one sister, Melissa Perkins; one nephew, Cameron Perkins.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Amber) Turner; two sisters, April (Brian) Sifford, Kim Fryman and one granddaughter, Kaelyn Turner.
