Charlene Anne Craycraft, age 81, Cynthiana, died Friday, March 17, 2023 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born in Dayton, Kentucky on July 5, 1941 to the late Charles Albert and LaVerne Melcher Nafus, she was an office manager for Fennell’s and Licking River Coal Terminal. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Craycraft and the father of her children, Ronald Strubbe.
She is survived by two sons, Steven (Sherry) Craycraft and David (Velia) Craycraft; two daughters, Kim (George) Graham and Patti (Danny) Clapp; a brother, Dennis (Kathy) Nafus; five grandchildren, Steven Craycraft II., Teresa (Scott) Graves, Patrick Craycraft, Ronald Steeves and Dalton Ward; several great grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren and one niece.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 P.M. Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Ware Funeral Home with visitation at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery.
