Charles Edward Brooks, 44, of Winchester, KY, passed away April 6, 2022, at Clark Regional Hospital. Charles was born on June 22, 1977, to Edward “Bucky” E. and Loraine Noble Brooks. Charles was preceded in death by a brother, Jessie Briggs.
Besides his parents, Charles is survived by a brother, Jonathan (Jessica) Eugene Brooks; two nieces, Jeslyn Brooks, Anera Brooks; one nephew, Tye Brooks; and his fiancé, Anita Hatton.
