CD was a blessing here at THVC. Our memories of CD was him telling us always about his family. Just loved his family. There was never a conversation without the mention of his family. CD LOVED LOVED going to the UK games with his son. Always in "the shop" as he called it building something for the staff and his fellow veterans. Always in a hurry to get back down to the shop so he could sneak a window visit in with his family. CD always smiling like he was up to something. Every time we would go in his room you can bet you would leave with beef jerky. He will be greatly missed but always remembered. What a great man we lost here at THVC.

Dear Pam and Daryl,

Your Dad was such a helpful person. He not only served his country for many years; but he also was always
there for our family. Being our brother in law when married to your Mom, Norma Jean, there wasn't anything
he would not do to help our family and friends. He kept us laughing at all the family gatherings. I feel
that when we get to Heaven, C D will be there with his smile to greet us.
