Obituary for David E. Curtis

DAVID E. CURTIS, age 60, Mt. Olivet, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at his residence. Born in Harrison County, September 28, 1951 to the late, James E. and Margie Woodward Curtis, he was an avid cattle producer, a retired inspector for the Department of Agricultural and a member of Kentontown Christian Church. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his special aunt, Bea Ashcraft. He is survived by his wife, Karen Massey Curtis; a son, Pierce (Jennifer) Curtis, Mt. Olivet; two daughters, Annette (Rusty) Lovins and Monica (Billy) Fryman, both of Mt. Olivet; a brother, Danny (Ginger) Curtis, Mt. Olivet; two sisters, Janice Shepherd, Mt. Olivet and Julie Shepherd, Ewing; five grandchildren, Hannah Lovins, Blake Lovins, Tyler Fryman, Mallory Fryman and Wyatt Curtis and two special nephews, Caleb Curtis and Jacob Curtis. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Wayne Clark. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 9:00 P.M Friday. at the funeral home.
