David Dewayne Howell, age 56, passed away September 24th at home. He was born in Fayette County on October 28, 1964 to the late Achilles Daniel Howell and Barbara Key Applegate Howell.
He is survived by one son, Kristopher (Carol Ann) Howell; two daughters, Emily Howell and Ginger Faye Scanlon; two sisters, Cathy Stubblefield, Sarah Sturgill and ten beloved grandchildren.
