David Dale Wiglesworth, age 74, Cynthiana, died Friday, October 28, 2022 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born in Harrison County, August 5, 1948 to the late Harold R. and Betty Tolle Wiglesworth, he was a retired maintenance technician from Harrison Memorial Hospital and a member of Unity Christian Church. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, John Thomas Wiglesworth.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Linda Smiley Wiglesworth; four children, Deana Wiglesworth and Andy (Maureen) Wiglesworth, both of Cynthiana, B.J. (Tonya) Wiglesworth, Cecilia and Heather (Darrell) Evans, Carlisle; ten grandchildren, Adam (Sara McCubbins) Brinkmeyer, Amos (Desiree Richardson) Brinkmeyer, Eli (Morgan Hollar) Mattox, Allyson (Braden Bryant) Mattox, Kami (Josh) Cloyd, D.A. (Whitney) Wiglesworth, Dylan (Kim) Wiglesworth, Miranda (Austin) Gum, Carter Wiglesworth and Peyton Evans; seven great grandchildren, Sophia Gaines, Lyle Brinkmeyer, Natalie Wade, Tristin Cloyd, Julie Wiglesworth, Levi Wiglesworth and Avery Gum; three sisters, Rita (Jerry) Smith, Denise (Joe) Blackaby and Trudy (Joe) Rose; one brother, Raymond (Neva) Wiglesworth and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Ware Funeral Home by Rev. Mike Currans. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
