Edna Lorraine Higdon Tunnell Drakeford, age 64, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Lexington on January 13, 1957 to the late Lawrence Hensen Higdon Jr. and Edna Earle Shelton Higdon. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Terry Lee Drakeford; and two brothers, Ronald Owen Higdon, William Norman Higdon.
She is survived by six brothers, Charles Anthony Higdon, Lawrence Daniel Higdon, Thomas Xavier Higdon, Joseph Richard Higdon, Joseph Francis Higdon, John Clark Higdon; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Coomer, and Cecilia Gayl Higdon; one aunt, Mary Lou Walker; and special friend, HD Kelly.
