Obituary for Eugene Fite
Eugene “Buster” Fite of Mt. Olivet, age 81 passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Vanceburg Rehabilitation and Care Facility. He was born in Mt. Olivet on November 19, 1941 to the late Napoleon and Lily Curtis Fite. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Ann Henderson Fite; one daughter, Tammy Fryman; three brothers, Junior Wilson Fite, Larry Dean Fite, Jackie Fite; three sisters, Mary Cracraft, Bertie Mae Jones, and Rosie Wright.
He is survived by two brothers, Bobby Fite of Mt. Olivet, Glenn Fite of Lexington; one sister, Evelyn Fite of Mt. Olivet; one granddaughter, Felicia (Djemson) Lormistois; two great-grandchildren, Leonidas Lormistois, Djenesis Lormistois; and his special friend and caregiver, Shirley Pugh.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 19th at Foster’s Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Roger Conley will officiate the service. View and sign the guest book www.warefuneralhome.com.
