Obituary for Gene David Haley
Gene David Haley, of Cynthiana, KY, age 86, passed away on March 26, 2024. He was born on February 6, 1938, to the late Paul Revere and Thelma Lee Ishmael Haley. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Carolyn Barker, Glenda Mae Perkins and Paula Kay Joseph.
Gene is survived by his wife, Phyllis Ann Haley; a son, David (Loraine) Bryan Haley; daughter, Susan Beth (Scott) Haley Hampton; a brother, Danny Steven (Betsy Lebus) Haley; two sisters, Terry Jane Turner, Scheryl Ann (Steven Christopher) Morris; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Gene was a member of the Elk’s Lodge #438.
