Glen Dale Mathews, age 80 passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. He was born in Washington Court House, OH on July 28, 1941 to the late Ray and Addie Betten Mathews. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers; and one sister.
He is survived by one daughter, Robbin Back and son-in-law, Jason Back; three sisters, two grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
