Jacqueline Rae Derossett Brown, age 62, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at her home. She was born on June 21, 1961, to the late John and Brenda Duncan Phipps. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Brown; a grandmother, Amy (George) Louise Bolinger; and an uncle, Harold “Bubbles” Roy.
She is survived by three daughters, Christina (Franklin) Kinney, Angel Brown, Sheri (Freddie) Nash; a brother, Tony (Allison) Simpson; three grandchildren, Paul Hoskins, Sheridan Nash, Judd Nash; best friend, Sandy Hatcher; and a special dog, Zoey Brown.
