James Allen Palmatier, age 44, Cynthiana, died Friday, August 5, 2022. He was born in Lexington, November 1, 1977 to Mathew E and Christine R. Gibson Palmatier. Besides his parents, he is survived by a son, John “Jack” McHugh; a daughter, Jazmine Smith and a brother, Mathew E. Palmatier, III.
