John Herrmann, age 89, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at St. Elizabeth, Florence. He was born in Covington on December 29, 1931, to the late Lawrence and Martha Hoban Herrmann. John served in the Air Force during the Korean War Era and worked at Rockwell International and Boeing before his retirement. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters, Laverne Knorr, Lucille Elsbernd, Patricia Klein, Glenn Herrmann, Thomas Herrmann, Jean Kellerman, and Frances Stephens.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Herrmann; one son, David William Herrmann; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, December 28th at 12:00 PM at St. Edward Catholic Church, with visitation at the church beginning at 11:00 AM. Father Niby Kannai will be celebrating the mass. View and sign the guest book www.warefuneralhome.com.
