Joyce Evelyn Dowd Wagoner, of Mt. Olivet, KY age 77, passed away on October 18, 2023, at Harrison Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 24, 1945, in Cynthiana, KY to the late Oliver Dowd and Helen Tolle. Besides her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Fuzzy Wagoner; a daughter, Jerry Lynn Fowler; a brother, Tommy Macatte; a sister, Doris Ann Wells, and a grandson, Jeremy Russell Summers.
Joyce is survived by a daughter, Laura (Mike) Summers; a brother, William “Bill” (Wendy) Northcutt; two sisters, Rita Salaimeh and Rebecca Current; two grandchildren, Jessica Summers and Austin (Daisha) Summers; and five great-grandchildren, Jared Dalton Fredricks, Kaytlynn Mishelle Fredricks, Kennedy Renee Lynn Summers, Kaiser John Russell Summers, and Alessia Della Rose Summers
