Obituary for Julia Jones Jefferson (Claypool)
Julia Jones Claypool Jefferson, of Flemingsburg, age 77, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024, at Pioneer Trace Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Flemingsburg, KY. She was born in Mt. Olivet on June 15, 1946, to the late Julian and Avis Loraine Claypool. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Hughes.
Julia is survived by two sons, Roger (Kathy) Jefferson, and John Jefferson; grandchildren, Joseph, Jessica, Caleb, and Paden; great-grandchildren, Kade, Jaxson, Thea Kate, Hope, Levi, and Ahava.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at Robertson County Funeral Home with visitation prior to service from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. View and sign the guest book www.warefuneralhome.com.
