Karsyn Lena Childers, 13 month old daughter of, Bailee Madysen Thornsbury and Zachary David Childers, died Tuesday, September 20 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lexington, July 22, 2021. Karsyn was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Paul Childers and Melda Childers Wiley. She was so full of life and loved ice cream. Her favorite colors were pink and purple. Karsyn attended Unity Christian Church where she was well loved in the nursery.
Besides her parents, she is survived by a sister, Kamryn Grace King; maternal grandparents, Keisha and Curtis Spence and Rex VanHoose; paternal grandmother, Tracy Childers, her companion, Chris Hedges; paternal grandfather, Robert Timothy Childers; maternal great grandparents, Keith and Tamera Thornsbury, Randy and Nyria Reynolds, Curtis Spence, Jr. and Debbie Spence and Wanda VanHoose; paternal great grandparents, Ishmael and Marcia Hopkins; two uncles, Will VanHoose and Dalton Timothy Childers; many special aunts, uncles and cousins and her fur friend, Lucy.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Monday, September 26, 2022.
