Katherine Denise Paschall, age 58, Cynthiana, died Saturday, February 25, 2023 at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington. Born in Watertown, NY on March 27, 1964, she was the eighth child to the late Lee and Alice Paschall, she was a longtime resident of Dallas, Texas and had recently moved to Cynthiana, Ky. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Gail Mears (Wisconsin), Cheryl Paschall (Wisconsin) and Sandra Paschall (Oklahoma) and a brother, Lee Paschall (Florida).
She is survived by her sons, Alec Paschall and Cole Paschall both of Dallas, Texas; her siblings, Linda Davis (Alaska), Barbara Callen (Wisconsin), Alicia Paschall (Kentucky) and John Paschall (Kentucky); numerous nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews along with her two dogs, Boomer and Tyga who now reside in Cynthiana. The family would like to thank her neighbor in Dallas, Texas, Mary Castillo for being there when the family couldn’t.
