Obituary for Kathleen Donaghey (McKinley)
Kathleen Ann McKinley Donaghey, age 84, passed away Friday, June 16, 2023, at Grand Haven Nursing Home in Cynthiana, KY. She was born in Syracuse, NY, on July 22, 1938, to the late Francis McKinley and Dorothy Sayer McKinley Foltz. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, John W. Donaghey; two sons, Michael J. Donaghey and John W. Donaghey Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Brent) Chidsey; a brother, Ron McKinley; three sisters, Jackie Hinman, Judy Fedrizzi, Sue Ray; six grandchildren, Buddy, Wayne, Brittnie, Amy, Hillary, McKenzie; six great-grandchildren, Kayden, Madi, Ellie, Jolene, Finn and Greyson.
Kathleen was a retired bus driver for Solvay Schools in NY, a 4H leader for 15 years in NY, she was very active at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Paris, TN, enjoyed camping in the 1000 Islands, NY, and playing various games with her family.
