KATIE BUCK, age 69, Mt. Olivet, died Monday, December 8, 2014 at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington. Born in Mason County, December 23, 1944 to the late Albert and Laura Wood White, she was a homemaker and member of the Hickory Grove Church. Mrs. Buck loved floral design, ceramics, riding motorcycles, the beach and spending time with family and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. Buck and a great granddaughter, Nellie Miskell.

She is survived by two sons, Wayne Buck, Mt. Olivet and Tony Buck, Evansville, Indiana; a brother, Calvin White, Maysville; a sister, Joyce Cooper, Sardis; a granddaughter, Ashley (Dylan) Miskell, Henry County and a sister in-law, Diana Moody, Lexington.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Charles Emmons and Bro. Seth Adamson. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday. Burial will be in Piqua Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, Kentucky 40504.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Miskell, Clark Spader, Ryan Spader, Shane Spader, Larry Irwin and Ron Thurman. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Moody, Wayne Buckler, Jimmy Staggs and David Kennedy.
