LEAH FRANCIS "FRANKIE" TARR, age 84, Mt. Olivet, died Saturday, August 1, 2009, at Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast, Florida. Born in Robertson County, September 19, 1924, to the late John Adrian and Sylvia Toomey Moran, she was a former employee of U. S. Playing Cards and a member of First Christian Baptist Church in Mt. Olivet. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Kenneth "Bud" Tarr and a sister, Mildred Moran Buckler.

She is survived by two sisters, Christian Moran Beagle, Mt. Olivet and Anna May Moran Manley, Mt. Sterling and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 Friday at the Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Roger Conley and Rev. Bill Henry with visitation at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Kentontown Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Hope.
