Leonard William Gregory, age 67 of Cynthiana, died Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. Born in Wheeling, WV on June 2, 1956 to the late Charles Cecil and Elizabeth Dorothy Renforth Gregory. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his significant other for more than 25 years, Carrie Chapman; and a brother, Ernie Gregory.
He is survived by a son, Chappy Earl Chapman; a daughter, Rebecca (Nathaniel) Ann Ryan; two brothers, John Gregory and Sam Gregory; three sisters, Ruthie Gregory, Karen Sterling, Sharon Ludolf and two grandchildren, Aiden Barnes and Remington Ryan.
