Lewis Edward Adams, age 67, Cynthiana, died Monday, May 8, 2023 at River Valley Nursing Home in Butler. He was born in Cynthiana on August 28, 1955 to the late Violet Williams Langford. Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by all his siblings.
He is survived by three special friends, Beverly Arnold, Trish Morris, Tim Wheeler and several nieces and nephews.
