Obituary for Lisa Ann Blackburn
Lisa Ann Blackburn, age 65, Cynthiana, was called to her Heavenly home Friday, January 13, 2023 at UK Medical Center. Born on January 27, 1957 to Elaine Blackburn and the late Kenneth W. Blackburn; she was a member of Cynthiana Christian Church. Other than her father she was preceded in death by her grandparents Floyd and Dorothy Price; Lawrence and Ruth Blackburn; aunts, uncles, a cousin and her beloved poodle, Raven.
Besides her mother she is survived by her sister, Rita (Chuck) Saltsman; her brother, Steven W. (Pam) Blackburn; niece Rachel (Cody) Ford; nephew Jacob W. (Carissa Berg) Blackburn; aunts and uncles Ruby Molony, Jackie (Dodi) Price, and Don Critchfield; several cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Cynthiana Christian Church by Dr. Larry Bishop with visitation starting at 10:00 A.M. At the request of the family wearing a mask would be greatly appreciated.
