LOYCE FAYNE PATRICK, age 73, Lexington, died Friday, March 11, 2011 at the Hospice Care Center of Lexington. Born in Mason County, March 2, 1938 to the late Henry and Margaret Stitt Ellison, she was a homemaker and an avid member of Sardis Assembly of God. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Patrick, Kirbie Smalley, and Robert Massey; a brother, Freddie Ellison and two grandchildren, Richard Sherman and Camden Long.

She is survived by a son, Danny K. (MarIa) Smalley and a daughter, Virginia (Leonard) Bell, both of Lexington; three sisters, Eileen (Travis) Caudill, Ruskin, Florida, Coletta (Bill) Williams, Butler and Lana (Tommy) Henderson, Mayslick; a sister-in-law, Jeanette Turner, Bethal, Ohio; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday at Sardis Assembly of God with visitation at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Tabor Cemetery in Ribolt. Memorial contributions may be made to Sardis Assembly of God, c/o Lenita Henderson, 5208 Foreman Chapel Road, Mayslick, Kentucky 41055.
