Mabel Browning Northcutt, age 77, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 at The Waters of Dillsboro-Ross Manor LLC. She was born in Bracken County, on March 12, 1944 to the late Melvin Nelson and Edith Hulda Northcutt Browning. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers, Garry Keith Browning, and Darrell Nelson Browning.
She is survived by one son, Dave (Sharon) Kinder; one daughter, Colena (Greg) Kinder Weldon; one brother, Carl Leon Browning, one sister, Helen (Billy) Browning Colemire; and five grandchildren, Erica (Samuel) Blair McAdams, Jessica Nicole (Cameron Caldwell) Kinder, Derek (Momoka) Alton Kinder, Karah (Donnie) Russell Paige, and Sidney (Justin) Spencer.
