Obituary for Mae Henson Henderson
MAE HENSON HENDERSON, age 91, Germantown, died Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Bracken County Nursing and Rehab in Augusta. Born in Robertson County, December 31, 1918, to the late Walter and Pearl Paynter Henson, she was a cook and a member of Mt. Olivet Christian Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by, her husband, Foster Henderson; two daughters, Joyce Lee Marcum and Bessie McCarty and seven brothers.
She is survived by a son, James (Nita) Henderson, Germantown; two daughters, Gladys (Jesse) Burton, Germantown and Bonita (Dave) Haberly, Cincinnati, Ohio; three sisters, Mahala Sowers, Jeanette West and Kathy Gallinger, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; nine grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday at Foster's Chapel Christian Church by Chaplain Tony Bishop with visitation at 1:00 P.M. Burial will be in Foster's Chapel Cemetery.
