Obituary for Margaret Sizemore

MARGARET SIZEMORE, age 72, Mt. Olivet, died Friday, October 23, 2009, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Born in Oneida, Tennessee, June 16, 1937, to the late DeWitt and Vanellia West Foster, she was a former Jockey employee and a member of Grave Hill Baptist Church and attended Fosters Chapel United Methodist Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Sizemore; two brothers, Donald Foster and Dorcia Foster and four sisters, Cornelia Phillips, Antheia Foster, Billie Jean Foster and Elizabeth Foster.

She is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Herman Sizemore, Mt. Olivet and Jaimie (Jody) Sizemore, Mt. Olivet; a daughter, Carla Arnold, Mt. Olivet; a sister, Lou (Howard) Mills, Arizona; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren and special friends, Betty Hanson, Barbie and Ron Lovins and Jerry and Carol Henderson.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Monday at the Robertson County Funeral Home in Mt. Olivet and from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. Tuesday at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester. Burial will be in Collins/ Sizemore Cemetery, Manchester. Memorial contributions may be made to Fosters Chapel Church Building Fund. Arrangements are under the direction of the Robertson County Funeral Home in Mt. Olivet.
