Marlane Kay Linville, age 55, Cynthiana, died Sunday, April 2, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Harrison County on March 16, 1968 to Patricia Haley Linville and the late Marvin E. Linville. Marlane was a 26 year employee of the 3M Company before becoming a dental assistant for Dental Health Associates in Paris. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lawrence and Gladys Haley and Forrest and Gracie Linville.
Besides her mother, she is survived by a son, Austin Tumey; two daughters, Staci (Chris Yocum) Knight and Ashley Knight; two sisters, Sarah Linville (Kevin Ritchie) Parsley and Rachael Ann (James Poore) Linville ; three grandchildren, Isaak Hinton, Jacory Hinton and Slade James Tumey; eight nieces and nephews, Sophia Parsley, Grant Parsley, Desiree Barnett, Ryan Kiskaden, Alex Tumey, Katie Tumey, Dakota Hunt and Dallas Hunt and several close friends known as “The Tribe” .
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 7, 2023 at Ware Funeral Home by CJ Epperson. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, April 6, 2023 at the funeral home. View and sign the guestbook at www.warefuneralhome.com.
