Kaye was a neighbor of mine growing up and used to babysit us kids occasionally.I have fond memories of Kaye and her sister, Sue Harold, and her mom and dad. My Daddy considered her dad, Harold, his best friend and missed him so when he passed away. Kaye was a little older than I , so I ended up with her blue Huffy bicycle and her manual typewriter when she no longer wanted them. We all belonged to the Salem Church of Christ there in the community and I remember her being baptized. In the pond across from the church. I also have good memories of her grandparents, Clarence and Sally and her aunt and uncle, Rice and Gertrude, all of whom also went to Salem. She was a very sweet and friendly person and a part if my childhood. My condolences to her nieces and nephews who she loved. Rest In Peace, Kaye.

IDavid and Nathan.
I am so sorry to read of the passing of your aunt. Kaye was a lovely lady that I have known for many years. Your mother, Sue was a good friend of mine when we were in college at Eastern. Your dad Melvin and grandmother Hildreth were also fine people. God bless you and your family at this sad time.
