Mary Ellen Manninger, age 77, passed Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Edgemont Health Care. She was born in Lawton, OK on January 7, 1943 to the late David William and Mildred Marylee Wiley Foster. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, David W. Foster.
She is survived by one daughter, Mandy (David) Kolacinski; one son, John (Emily) M. Manninger; one sister, Sharron Eineke; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
