Mary Waits Webb Moore, age 86, Cynthiana, died Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Cedar Ridge Health Campus. Born in Harrison County on August 2, 1936 to the late John and Nettie Dowd Webb, she was a homemaker and member of Indian Creek Christian Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Charles Kenneth “Kenny” Moore; two sisters, Hazel Darnell and Dorothy Snapp Turner and a brother, Charles Webb.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Terry Moore and Keith Lane (Cindy) Moore, both of Cynthiana; a brother, Bobby Webb, Carlisle; two grandchildren, Addison Ross Moore and Mason Lane Moore and her beloved grand dog, Jack.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 24, 2023 at Ware Funeral Home by Adam Wilson and Dale Kendrick. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Sunday, April 23, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery.
