Obituary for Melissa Darlene Lewis (Fugate)
Melissa Darlene Lewis (Fugate), age 51, passed away on July 27, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. She was born on March 3, 1972 in Jackson, KY, to the late James Chester and Edna Faye Fugate.
Melissa leaves behind three sons, James (Jacqueline) Tyler Lewis, Anthony Joseph Lewis, Robert (Destiny) Lee Oliver; two brothers, Tommy (Dawn) Fugate, James (Angela) Fugate; and two grandchildren, Kadence Moore, Olivia Lewis.
