VIOLA CHRISTINE MORAN BEAGLE and MELVIN BEAGLE, ages 90 and 97 respectively, died Sunday, January 20, 2013 after being married for seventy-two years. They were preceded in death by their son, Robert Allen Beagle and two grandsons, Michael Haggard and Robert Earl Beagle. They are survived by two sons, Wayne Dale Beagle, Mt. Olivet and Jody Lee Beagle, Falmouth; two daughters, Faye (Dana) Haynes, Williamstown and Bonnie Gayle, Huntsville, Alabama; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren and eight great great-grandchildren. Christine is survived by a sister, Anna Mae M. (Bill) Manley, Mt. Sterling and Melvin is survived by a sister, Lodina Clay B. Cracraft, Bath County.

Christine was born in Bracken County, June 10, 1922. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Olivet Christian Baptist Church. Besides her son and grandsons, she was preceded in death by her parents, John and Sylvia Toomey Moran and two sisters, Mildred M. Buckler and Lea Francis Tarr.

Melvin was born in Montgomery County, December 3, 1915. He was a farmer and a member of the Mt. Olivet Christian Baptist Church. Besides his son and grandsons, he was preceded in death by his parents, James and Martha Humphries Beagle; two brothers, Russell Beagle and William "Bill" Beagle and four sisters, Elizabeth B. Reed, Moda Mae B. Martin, Leoma B. Hampton and Ocie B. Cracraft.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 26 at Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Roger Conley with visitation at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Kentontown Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Hope, 909 Kenton Station Drive, Maysville, Kentucky 41056.
Active pallbearers will be Christopher Beagle, Chad Beagle, Joe Haynes, Jay Haynes, C.J. Beagle and Zachary Haggard. Honorary pallbearers will be Darryl Foss and Kirby Beagle.
