MICHAEL LEE "MICKEY" JONES, age 63, died Monday, February 16, 2015 at the Robertson County Health Care Facility. Born in Germantown, June 21, 1951 to the late Arthur "Pete" and Orpha Boots Jones, he was a retired employee of the Kentucky State Highway Department and a member of the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis Lynn Jones and Arthur Jones, Jr. and two sisters, Barbara Jones and Rita Hall.

He is survived by three brothers, Danny (Bettye) Jones, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Gary (Bertha) Jones, Brooksville and Jeff Jones, Robertson County; two sisters, Vicki (Gary) Smith, Frankfort and Gladys Jones Allen, Robertson County; a companion, Peggy Earlywine, Mt. Olivet; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Jones, Johnny Pete Allen, Jonathan Jones, Dustin Insko, Kassie Jones and Charity Smith; two aunts, Eloise Gabbert, Cincinnati, Ohio and Emogene Jones, Harrison, Ohio and several great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Kevin Strausbaugh. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Robertson County Health Care - Caregivers' Fund c/o Citizens Deposit Bank.

Pallbearers will be Darrell Moore, Mickey Wheary, Lyle Hendrix, Gary Smith, Wayne Carpenter and Kenny Jones.
