Obituary for Nannie Pearl White Sapp
NANNIE PEARL WHITE SAPP, age 82, Richmond, died Thursday, July 4, 2013 at Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. Born in Sardis, June 21, 1931 to the late Garnett and Lenora Shafer White, she was a loving mother and homemaker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Sapp and a son, Jackie Sapp.
She is survived by four sons, Ernie Sapp, Billy Sapp and Timmy Sapp, all of Ohio and Tom Sapp, of Mt. Sterling, KY; five daughters, Francis Short, Carol Austin, Bonnie Evans and Cindy Williams, all of Ohio and Lynn McWhorter, of Berea, KY; a sister, Ida Mitchell, of Nicholas County, KY; fourteen grandchildren; and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted Sunday, July 7 at Robertson County Funeral Home by Pastor Virgil Grant with visitation at 1:00 PM and funeral services at 3:00 PM. Burial will be in Shannon Cemetery.
