Obituary for Nerissa Dane Workman Baker
NERISSA DANE WORKMAN BAKER, age 79, Dakota Avenue, Covington, formerly of Robertson County, died Thursday, March 12, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood. Born in Robertson County, August 18, 1929, to the late Leonard and Bernice Hitt Workman, she was a retired office manager. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Baker, Sr.
She is survived by a son, Noah Baker, Jr., Covington; a brother, Phillip L. (Carol) Workman, Mt. Olivet, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Dee Whitaker with visitation at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
