Obituary for Paula Jo Perkins (McKenney)
Paula Jo McKenney Perkins, of Cynthiana, age 64, passed away on March 22, 2024, at her residence. She was born on September 25, 1959, to Mary Lucille McKenney and the late Joseph Stanferd McKenney Sr. Along with her father, she was also preceded in death by a brother, John McKenney; and a sister, Laura Devers.
Along with Paula’s mother, she is survived by three sons, Kevin (Amber) Perkins, Curtis (Amy) Perkins, Daniel (Kristi) Perkins; one daughter, Mary (Joshua) Barker; a brother, Joseph (Michelle) McKenney; a sister, Rebecca Richardson; and twelve grandchildren, Levi Perkins, Addison Perkins, Brookelyn Perkins, Janus Barker, Marcus Barker, Eli Barker, Cody Perkins, Alexis Perkins, Katherine Perkins, DJ Perkins, Mairanda Perkins, Gabby Perkins.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to her service from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., also at Ware Funeral Home. Pastor Darryl Gaunce will preside over services, and burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers are going to be Levi Perkins, Addison Perkins, Cody Perkins, DJ Perkins, Marcus Barker and Eli Barker. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe McKenney, Curtis Perkins, Drew Myers and Jacob Myers.
