Penny Patricia Fowler, age 61, Cynthiana, passed away, Monday, September 26, 2022 at her home. She was born in Harrison County on March 18, 1961 to Wanda Teals Hartin and the late Jake Fowler, she attended Cincinnati Bible Seminary before attending Midway College where she received her nursing degree she also attended church at Unity Christian Church. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Lovelace.
She is survived by a son, Trey Vincent Fowler and four brothers, Bobby Fowler, Timmy Fowler, Jack Lovelace and John Lovelace. Services will be conducted at the convenience of the family
