Phyllis Jane Fields, 75, of Cynthiana, KY, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at her home. She was born on October 19, 1946, in Madison County, OH, to the late Philip E. Siebold and Marjorie Eileen Houck Siebold. Phyllis was also preceded in death by her husband, William Fredrick Fields; one sister, Karen June Hockenberry.
She is survived by two sons, Gregory (Sarah) Trace Roberts, Daniel (Susan) Keith Roberts; three grandchildren, Danielle Roberts, Lauren Toomey, Megan Molinari; four great grandchildren, Ryker Molinari, Jaxton Molinari, Avonlea Toomey, and Oliver Toomey.
