Rosalynn Platt Lanham, age 69, of Concord, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Atrium Health in Concord, NC. She was born in Harrison County on May 12, 1954, to the late Berlin and Margaret Rose Platt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Alan Lanham; a brother, Berlin Platt Jr.; and a sister, Patty Palmer. Rosalynn loved her family and enjoyed spending time with all of her grandkids.
Rosalynn is survived by her son, Terry (Misty) Lanham; a daughter, Cara (Shawn) McCrae; two sisters, Rita (Larry) England, Mary Mae (Donald) Brooks; four grandchildren, Austin Lanham, Davis Lanham, Kevon Jacobs, and Sean Jacobs.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 4, 2023, at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to services beginning at 2:00 p.m, also at Ware Funeral Home. Bro. Kevin Strausbaugh will officiate services.
