Obituary for Ruby Christine Moran Henderson
RUBY CHRISTINE MORAN HENDERSON, age 79, Oakland Road, Mt. Olivet, died Sunday, June 13, 2010 at her residence. Born in Mason County, February 28, 1931, to the late Ezra and Anna May White Moran, she was a homemaker, farmer and a great mother to all her children. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Earl "Tommy" Henderson; a son, Terry Henderson; numerous brothers and sisters and a granddaughter, Tammy Fryman.
She is survived by five sons, Jerry (Carol) Henderson, Foster, Michael (Robin) Henderson, Stanley Earl (Marchetta) Henderson, Johnny Henderson, all of Mt. Olivet and B. J. (Hope) Henderson, Flemingsburg; five daughters, Ellen (Eugene) Fite, Judy (Junior) Fite, Linda (Randy) Shepherd, Jody (Jaimie) Sizemore, all of Mt. Olivet and Jenny (Mark) Bussell, Flemingsburg; five brothers and sisters; nineteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Roger Conley. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fosters' Chapel Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Hope.
Active pallbearers will be Randy Shepherd, Jaimie Sizemore, Jimmy Clos, Jackie Fite, Jason Courts and Mark Bussell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Stoker, Jason Conn, Ronnie Monroe, June Fite, Eugene Fite and Ronnie Stidham
